A young Jewish girl named Anne Frank lives with her older sister and parents. Since she is a Jew in 1942 she begins hiding from the Nazis in an Annex with another family named the Van Daans. Eventually another man named Mr. Dussel moves in with them. One day they realize their hiding spot has been discovered, when a loud sound is heard from below. On August 4, 1944 the nine people living in the Annex are caught. They are all put in concentration camps. The only person who survives is Otto Frank, Anne's Father.
